@blackstar-stardust @autismboy1 they let them have those videos up since they are one of the biggest series of the site, as well as the fact that they are one of the oldest ones too, on top of the fact that Edd Gould passed away some years ago and it would feel disrespectful to delete them. Besides that fact there have also been some cases where they needed to delete some really big videos because of copyright like one of the tankmen videos, i think it was the tankmen 2 one, since it had a small titanic clip and they got in trouble because of that, mind you that tankmen are the face of newgrounds so it is a big deal for them
